CLUB MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTION RATES 2006-2007

This season we have introduced some new membership options. These include a Season Ticket rate plus discounted Bar prices for some membership categories. Special ‘Swipe’ cards linked to the Bar till will be issued for this benefit.

FULL CLUB MEMBERSHIP can only be offered to those aged 18 years or over. Benefits include:

Full membership is not included in all options. Please check that you select the exact option you require.

SEASON TICKET £30
Free entry to the Club stand for the whole season for Maidenhead 1^st XV matches. NO other membership benefits.
The season ticket MUST be shown to Club stewards for free entry and is non-transferable.

COLT £70 - U19 on 1^st Sept 2007

These Player & Colt rates confer Full Club membership providing the annual subscription has been paid, in full, by 30^th April 2007. Colts must be 18 years old before they can use the full membership benefits as outlined above.

CONCESSIONARY RATES FOR PLAYERS
These rates do NOT entitle the player to FULL Club membership.

FULL-TIME STUDENTS - NO CHARGE
Student status MUST be confirmed by NUS card and/or official course document.

UNEMPLOYED NO CHARGE whilst unemployed
In exceptional circumstances, the Subscription Secretary has discretion to vary the standard subscription rate.

DISCOUNTS FOR PARENTS OF YOUTH MEMBERS
Any parent or guardian of a Youth Section player (Mini or Junior) who takes out NON-PLAYER membership can obtain a discount on the £80 subscription rate. Please contact Peter Graham, Mini Chairman, for more details.

This discount does not apply to Player or VP membership.

PLAYER SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT METHODS

1. Single lump sum payments:
£150 or £120 (over 35’s) by 31^st October 2006 Payment direct to the Subscription Secretary at the Club or by returning the attached form overleaf.
£70 for Colts by 31^st October 2006. Colts should return their subscription payment to the Colts Manager.

2. £27 per month, for 6 months, by standing order. First payment by 30^th November 2006. (£21.50 p. m. for over 35’s). See the Subs. Secretary for the bank forms.

3. Payment by continuous standing order. This option is only available to those already paying by this method.

Notes. New players, joining the Club after 1^st October will be allowed one month to ‘settle in’, before the relevant subscription must be paid, in full or by standing order.

ALL players MUST complete a membership form giving name and contact details BEFORE playing in any MRUFC match. This is a Club requirement. Colts should register with the Colts Manager. All other players register with the Subscription Secretary.

If you find it difficult to meet your subscription payments, please contact the Subscription Secretary. Revised payment schedules can always be arranged.

PLAYERS INSURANCE
All Club players are now covered by the basic RFU injury and liability insurance. Policy details are displayed on the Club notice board. If you need more than this basic cover you are advised to seek additional, personal insurance.
