A strong run from Maidenhead U13 Bs continued with a comfortable home win against Pinner.

Despite difficult conditions – a cold wind and intermittent, icy rain – the team put in another solid all-round performance.

Chris Corio opened the scoring for Maidenhead, following through a chopped kick to touch down. Tries followed from Jack Chapman, Liam Haines who twice broke through crowded defensive fields to score, and Ross Munro, with a fine supporting run to score in the far corner.

Pinner twice fought back with converted tries and kept in contention for most of the game, until Maidenhead scored freely in the final minutes.
