Maidenhead under 13A travelled to Tadley on Sunday 24/01/10 for only their second ever league game.

Following a long lay off due to Christmas and the bad weather they could be forgiven for looking a bit rusty. Not the case. Maidenhead started patiently going through the phases while the ref allowed for a free flowing game.

They were rewarded 3 minutes in with a short range try from Chris Corio at scrum half.

It is fair to say that Maidenhead were the superior side throughout but were careful not to showboat and were able to demonstrate some very well implemented moves with forwards and backs linking well.

Stand out performances were from Levi Meek, Liam Haines and man of the match Jack Chapman, Daniel Morgan and Connor Stevens helped themselves to two tries each.

All in all a good morning's work on which we can build and take our season forward.
