London Welsh U14s 17 v Maidenhead U14s 29

On a freezing morning last Sunday, Maids U14s squad came out on top with a credible 29-17 victory.

London Welsh, missing several players due to injury and illness, struggled to cope playing into the driving wind and rain. Maidenhead took advantage with first half tries by Jon Pomroy and two each from Colin Kerins and Emi Repetto giving them a 29-0 lead at the break.

Maidenhead made 12 changes in the second half which saw Welsh reply with three tries in a ten minute spell but Maids came back into the game and were unlucky not to increase their lead.
