U11 Bs continue their strong improvement at Marlow
Marlow B 0 - Maids B 10

In a tough game, against well organised and bigger opposition, Maids Bs came out on top, showing how strong defence can be turned in to attack. The half-back combination of Kieran Evans and Tom Kynaston created a solid platform for the backs to show their strong attacking skills. Khalid Omar, Lawrence Hull and Alex Thompson all having good games. Alex especially scoring both tries. The first from a strong forward surge in which Daniel Henshaw, Sam Hoxley and Alistair Graham all took turns to drive the ball on, then it was quickly fed down the line for Alex to score.

In the second half, a clever kick out of defence, allowed Alex to chase the ball down, collect it from out of the opponents hands and score. In the final game against a 'Barbarians' side from Marlow and Staines, the Bs ran out a comfortable 25 - 0 winners, with tries from Alex Thompson, Ali Graham, Tom Kynaston and 2 from Xabi Leadbetter.

U11A's dominate an in-experienced Staines team
Maids A 33 - Staines A 5

The A team got the chance to run through a few moves from the training ground against an inexperienced Staines side, who were unable to stop a free-flowing Maids' back line. Ben Gordon continues to get stronger and showed excellent running lines to cross for 2 tries. Scott Prince, scored another couple finishing off moves from full back and Umar Marriott showed great strength again in going over from short range in a forward drive. Overall a solid team effort which showed improving cohesion.

U11A's lose in a close game to Marlow As
Marlow A 21- Maids A 7

The A team met tougher and better organised opposition in this game and were not quite strong enough to keep them out despite excellent defensive work from Joel Greene and Shane McKenna. Marlow were able to turn more ball over through stronger rucking and move the ball quickly to the wings for their tries. Maids' consolation game from Will Doolan after some strong driving work in the forwards.
