U13s training at Bracknell

Maids were away training on a bitterly cold day in early January at local rivals Bracknell.

After recent years playing in very wet muddy fields at Bracknell the Maids U13s were treated to a luxury of playing on a rock hard frozen pitch in sub zero temperatures...

You gotta love this game to play it ! Four training sessions with mixed and standard teams eventually ended with 3 to Maids and 1 session won by Bracknell...

Grass roots rugby, cold hard and ultimately enjoyable with a brace or two of tries and more technical knowledge gained and tackle practice upped.
