After conceding a try, the Maidenhead Hawks U9s realized that that they were actually playing a match against Bracknell and really woke up. After some strong rucking, Abigail Dow broke away to score a try and then with some great jinking once again broke through the Bracknell defence to score a second. Final score was Maidenhead Hawks 10, Bracknell 5.

In their second match against Bracknell, the Hawks were fully charged. Scott Prince made a great penetrating run straight from the start to score. With a great feed from Will Lawrence, Abigail Dow put the Hawks two tries up and finally Prince used speed and strength to drive through the Bracknell defence resulting in a final score of Hawks 15, Bracknell 0.

Maidenhead Eagles U9s demonstrated much improved tackling, rucking and running skills to keep Bracknell B's under constant pressure. James Millwater had a superb game, putting 5 tries away. Tries were also scored by Tom Kynaston, Adam Williams, and Orson Copeland. With the Eagle's defence holding up well, the final score was Eagles 40, Bracknell 10.
