U7s enjoy day at Marlow

This past Sunday we headed off to Marlow RFC. We started the day with some warm-ups and passing drills followed by a combined training session with Marlow.

After a short refreshment break we started each of the matches. Both our teams provided some good support play when attacking and the day was marked with some great tries. When defending, there were a few cases where we gave a bit too much ground away, leaving Marlow the opportunity to break through our defences.

On the whole our kids played extremely well and we are all very pleased with their progress.

The final results from the day were as follows:

Maidenhead Red vs Marlow B: 4 - 0
Maidenhead Blue vs Marlow A: 2 - 4
Maidenhead Red vs Marlow A: 4 - 4
Maidenhead Blue vs Marlow B: 0 - 2
