U14s cruise past Windsor

While eight of the squad were on County duties, Under 14 As and Bs showed what they are capable of with a comprehensive defeat of Windsor Bs at Braywick. The coaches were highly pleased with the boys' workrate and team spirit as Forwards and Backs combined to tear holes in Windsor's defence, especially in a one-side first half.

In the first half, Matt Morgan opened the scoring, with further tries flowing in from Michael Habgood (two), Rory Creffield, Oliver Evans and Matt Beal. Matt Morgan landed two conversions and Matt Beal added a third to put Maids 36.0 to the good at the turnaround.

In a more even second half, Morgan Davies bagged two tries, with a conversion from Matt Morgan. In response, Windsor scored with two very well-taken efforts and a conversion.
